Yes! Our practice is open to adults and children and we welcome new patients.

How Do I Make An Appointment?

To schedule an initial visit, please contact our office at 401-383-4095. If you are not feeling well and need immediate attention we will make every effort to see you on the same day.

Will You Accept My Insurance Plan?

A to Z Primary Care accepts all major insurance carriers. Please contact our office staff at 401-383-4095 to verify our participation with your insurer.

What are Your Hours of Operation?

A to Z Primary Care is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm , and Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Is My Visit Kept Confidential?

Yes, all visits to A to Z Primary Care are confidential as provided by law. Click here to view our statement of confidential practices.
